FAQs

How do I book a session?

You can book your session by filling out the enquiry form on my website or emailing me directly. I’ll then be in touch to chat through your session, answer any questions, and secure your date with a deposit.

When should I book my newborn session?

I recommend booking your newborn session during pregnancy (after your 20-week scan is ideal) to ensure availability.

Newborn sessions typically take place within the first 5–14 days after birth, but I always allow flexibility as babies arrive in their own time.

Where are you based?

My studio is based in Hertford,

I also offer outdoor sessions and at-home lifestyle sessions across Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire & Essex, Depending on the type of shoot you’re after.

I have select dates available in Cyprus over summer for sunset shoots too.

What if my baby arrives early or late?

Don’t worry at all — I keep space around your due date to allow flexibility. Once baby arrives, we’ll confirm your session date.

What should I wear?

I’ll send you a full styling guide after booking, but I always recommend:

• Neutral, soft tones

• Minimal patterns

• Comfortable, timeless outfits

The focus is always on connection and emotion, not outfits, I also have a client wardrobe you can have a dig through!

What if my little ones don't cooperate?

Please don’t worry — this is completely normal (and expected!).

I gently guide sessions but always follow your child’s lead. Some of the most beautiful moments come from the in-between, natural interactions.

How long are the sessions?

This depends on the session type:

• Newborn sessions: 1.5 hours (baby-led and relaxed)

• Family / motherhood sessions: 60 minutes

• Mini sessions: 20–30 minutes

There’s no rushing — especially with little ones.

When can I expect my images?

Your final gallery will be delivered within 24 hours, I pride myself in a qui turnaround time so you can enjoy the images!
